Payment is handled securely through PayFast. Need a domain? Ask when you order — we check whether it is free and come back to you. Every package includes the first R120 a year of one domain; anything above that is quoted before registration. Monthly website plans are coming soon; the Care Plan is available today.

Every package includes the first R120 a year of one domain. If the name you want costs more than that, you pay only the difference — and we quote it before registering anything.
Domain availability is checked manually with the registrar. The site does not claim a name is available, and nothing is called registered until the registrar confirms it.

Standard .co.za is R120 for the first year, so the package allowance covers it in full. Renewal is at the registrar’s then-current price.

A standard build is live within 12 days of the build starting. Days spent waiting for your brief, content or approval do not count toward that, and larger builds are quoted a longer timeline before work begins. Your portal shows whose turn it is at each stage.
